After multiple contacts with Nicole since Dec. 2016, I visited the dealer for the third week of January 2017 and got delivered the car a week later. I'd already decided to buy the Subaru Outback from her before I first visit the dealer. For your information, I visited two dealers close to us in early December 2016 but did not go back there again because I generally focus my attention to the key contact person who handles customers (in my case, both me and my wife) with a great care. Pleasant Experience at a Car Lot! I wouldn't have thought it possible, but I had a nice experience buying a new car from Grand Subaru. Normally I view going into a dealership like I'm I wouldn't have thought it possible, but I had a nice experience buying a new car from Grand Subaru. Normally I view going into a dealership like I'm going into battle - I'm pumped full of information, ready for some stressful negotiations, and at the end I'm going to leave feeling like I still didn't get a great deal. Not at Grand Subaru. I got an online quote on a new 2017 Subaru Impreza from Matt Drwal, and the quote was already discounted compared to my research and other area Subaru dealership quotes. Matt was easy to work with during the negotiations and was flexible with me about when we could close the deal since it was during the holidays while I'd be out of town. Overall, the facilities are clean, bright, and well appointed, including the waiting area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rates were the best in town. I'd definitely recommend Grand Subaru if you're in the market for a new car. I see there is a question in this review form about being left alone for more than 5 minutes during the buying process - I had to wait a while for the business manager to finish with another customer before we could process the transaction. I chose to wait in the nice waiting room and watch the Rose Bowl parade, which to me was much better than small talk! More
