Everything was so welcoming open and clean and Mister Matt took care of me as the personally. He literally did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and at home while making choices with me and looking at which cars would best suit me financially and personality wise. We looked through two particular vehicles drove around the area, making sure I checked every nook and cranny of every car to see what suit me best. I fell in love with the Crosstrek, and Mr. Matt looked high and low to find the vehicle that I chose myself, even looking at other options in different states. The hard work and compassion these people have for their clients is a trait many other dealerships lack. My family was a Ford Motor company until Mr. Matt's team worked with us. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a car. Mr. Chris also deserves enormous gratitude and appreciation for helping me find a vehicle that fits within my budget and physically had Show anime all my financial options prior to the final signatures. Brianna was incredibly helpful and remained in contact although my car wasn't expected to arrive until a month after our initial meeting. My 2017 Forester came in earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. When she did a nationwide search to try and could not find a very specific optioned WRX that I was looking for, she was able to place an order for my vehicle for every option and accessory that I wanted at invoice price. She was consistent in her communication as I waited for my WRX to be built and delivered to the dealership and was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and understanding about my car and some of the small details I asked about the delivery of the vehicle. With this being my first new car buying experience I could not think of a way it could have been better. The car arrived exactly how I ordered and we went through the purchase of the vehicle with no added costs than what was negotiated 12 weeks prior. Sandy is very good at what she does and is now considered a great friend. I highly recommend Sandy and the internet purchase process. More

Good prices, but haggling still wears you out. I worked with Brianna to secure a good price for a Subaru which I ended up purchasing in 12/16. She was very attentive and accommodating, and was one of the main reasons I purchased from this dealership. Unfortunately though, I still ended up having to haggle later on for my trade-in price. I came with reasonable numbers, but was insultingly given low trade-in prices before we finally came to an agreement. I do understand its probably just protocol, but it was disheartening nonetheless. In general though, I would still come back to the dealership for the good prices and the accommodation. If you do plan to purchase from here, be diligent about what you want, do your homework and it'll work out. More
