Amazing car buying experience! I contacted Grand Subaru about 2 months before the final purchase of my car, and they were great to work with. I dealt with Nicole who met with me to I contacted Grand Subaru about 2 months before the final purchase of my car, and they were great to work with. I dealt with Nicole who met with me to tell me more about the car as well as the dealership. I was considering the new car, but still had two months left on my current lease. There was no pressure from Nicole as she worked with me knowing my time frame. After two months, when I was ready to buy Nicole was very helpful and responsive. She was able to put me in the very same care I looked at originally. The experience was wonderful, as the staff is friendly and not pushy at all which is important when buying a car and making a big decision. More

Best experience ever I bought few new cars in my life to date. Every time before it was rather negative experience. This time however things looked differently. I found ou I bought few new cars in my life to date. Every time before it was rather negative experience. This time however things looked differently. I found out about this dealership through forum. Reached out through web site and did rest of the communication over the phone and email. The experience (and price) were so good that I rented a car one way and drove almost 6h to get my new car. It was well worth it! I was working with Sandy remotely and with Nealy onsite. Both are great even though I was a painful customer :) they had the car I wanted prepped when I arrived. But while there I decided to go with slightly better option, but the car wasn't ready. They jumped on it immediately. Even Nealy helped to clean interior prior to delivery. Already recommended the place to few people. Will definitely be back when the time for upgrade comes again. Thanks! More
