Went back and forth between Legacy and Impreza before opting for Impreza simply because we prefer a smaller car. Jeff was patient through our multiple visits and back-and-forth. Seemed confident in his product and let it sell itself -- answered our many questions patiently and with no pressure tactics. Toyota dealer, on the other hand, was much more aggressive. Bought Subaru in the end because -- even though it was a bit more expensive -- we liked the car a little better and the sales experience much better. More

Brianna Bartoli did an excellent job communicating and keeping us updated on the process. As we took Amtrak/Metra to get to the dealership, they even sent someone to pick us up at the Metra station. The one thing that could have been better was all the paperwork was not ready when we arrived. Since it was the evening before Thanksgiving, we knew traffic would be very heavy and wanted to get on the road as quickly as possible. It would have been nice not to have to wait 30-45 minutes for paperwork to be completed (and I'm not sure Brianna had any control over that). Other than that, it was a very smooth experience, especially as we come from out of state. More

It turned out that a better offer was available than what I expected, and I thought to myself....this never happens. O.k. I'm glad I came in today. More

After that, Jeff even called me to let me know about an Auto Show promotion that Subaru was running, which decreased my purchase price even more. My wife and I settled on a Forester that required a factory order, and placing the order was no issue with Jeff taking care of the details. When we picked up our new car, the final documentation, financing, and delivery process was quick and easy. Even the finance guy, Al, was a pleasure to work with - not your stereotypical mean finance man. Jeff went through the car with us to teach us all of the details and need-to-know things on the technology side and made us feel comfortable before we left. I would definitely recommend Jeff and the entire Grand Subaru dealership for anyone considering a new vehicle. I can't think of anything I would improve. More

Working with Nealy in ordering and finally picking up the car was easy and there were no significant glitches. Nealy was particularly helpful in guiding my decisions regarding options for my new SUV. Even being picked up at Ohare by the dealer was amazingly easy. I love to tell the story of this adventure in car buying along with the fact I saved a significant amount of money. As an aside, when I asked a dealer in Michigan if they would match a price offered by another dealer, I was told "You are thinking about Grand in Chicago aren't you. We could never match their prices." What a wonderful story to repeat! More

Much more laid back atmosphere than the hard sell some dealers still try to push. Found grand using the Sam's Club/Truecar auto buying service and grand beat their price. Have already recommended them to several people at work and will be back on the next new car hunt! More

Martha Gibbons was very helpful: she started by asking what I was interested in and then explained the various vehicles, models and feature options, then we went on for a demo drive. Chris Czaja also was helpful answering a few questions and providing a straight forward negotiation, with no hassles or surprises. Brandon Metz was also very helpful in ensuring we had a thorough closing. Overall, I recommend this dealer. More

This was our first car ever ordered with all the accessories desired. Once ordered, Nealy kept us informed along the way, as the car was built at the factory with a VIN number assigned and the expected delivery date. Our scheduled day to pick up our new car was a bit timely though Nealy and Al in finance made the process very straight forward. Nealy did a great job orienting us to our new Forester with all its accessories and technology. She took her time and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate how well Nealy works with all of the staff at Grand Subaru. Nealy truly made the car buying experience our best ever! More
