They really wanted my business, and their actions showed it. By responding to me, treating me with respect, and delivering exactly what they promised. Even when Sandy was not available her manager Melissa Distel stepped in to assist me in pricing and purchase questions. Everyone that I encountered from the dealership was nice, greeted me, asked if I needed help, and let me know that if there was anything I needed they would be there to help me. Sandy Cuttone responded quickly, and with the lowest quote. She was accessible and responsive without being pushy. She located my car and got it to the dealership as scheduled, and it was prepped and ready for me when I got there. Even the financial transaction with Al Hassan, which is usually the worst part of the entire process, wasn't too bad. (It helped that he was a big Hawks fan.) The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the usual dealer add-ons that were offered at the time of sale (extended warranty, clear coat, door guards, etc.), which is a nuisance. I would recommend Grand Subaru and Sandy Cuttone. More

Maybe it was because it was my first time ever walking into one or maybe because I was in the process of making one of my biggest Investments ever. (Which was one reason why I was a bit afraid to walk into a dealership from stories I've heard about other dealerships) When the day came that I was picking up my brand New Subaru the process was much quicker than I expected. Best dealer experience I've ever had The car buying experience is something that most people do not look forward to BUT with Brianna the entire process was a delight. She was kind, pleasa The car buying experience is something that most people do not look forward to BUT with Brianna the entire process was a delight. She was kind, pleasant to work with, and explained the purchase process as we went along. I came to Grand Subaru to buy a gift for my wife and fell in love with an Impreza sedan in the showroom when I have originally arrived to view another one that was hatchback. Brianna had no issue with my change in plans and was even surprised that I told her that no test drive was needed. You can tell that she really wanted me to be sure of my purchase and to fully experience the car but I assured her that it was going to be fine. My son bought an Impreza hatchback last year and my family loved testing his car when he brought it home. This is the reason why we came back to Subaru to get another great car. We unfortunately came rather close to closing time but Brianna stayed with us until the end and made sure we were taken care of and about an hour and a half after closing, we adopted a second Subaru into our family in less than 1 year. Brianna , my wife and her mother loved the car and were completely shocked when I arrived with my son. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.
