From day one, Nicole met all my wishes and delivered her word to get the Outback I desired by noon. That same day I reserved the Outback and the following day I was cruising. As far as the dealership, I felt a sense of family and friendly environment as though I walked in a neighborhood bar and everyone new my name. I will be a returning customer as my lease is for 36 months and I'm hoping that Nicole will be my salesperson again. She was very polite told us don't worry about it, our dealership is about "making life long customers". She proceeded to stay several hours past her normal work day making sure we were satisfied. After we signed all the paperwork she proceed to spend another hour walking us thru how to operate the vehicle...Awesome employee you should be proud of her customer service skills...I should know, I am a Service Manager with 60 office and field colleagues working for me. Getting customers is easy if you do the right thing by them...Keeping them is by far more difficult. As I have always owned Toyotas and do love their product, I thought I would try a Subaru since I heard good things and they are rated well. If it performs as well as our Toyota, I will probably buy another Subaru in the next couple of years. I will make sure you will be my 1st stop. You can thank Nicole for that... As a side note your young finance guy did a nice job as well explaining all the ins and outs...(sorry I forgot his name). She was upfront with providing as much information as I requested including pricing on accessories, after market products and dealer provided services.
