Worst customer service First I pulled up and she was texting outside. When I went in, she came in to take care of me, but seemed upset about coming in. I asked about a car I had seen on their website and mentioned I was pre-approved through my bank. She was immediately rude and seemed uninterested responding that they would not take an offer of less than $200 of asking price... this was after I provided her with a stock number because she couldn't find it! Didn't even get to test drive or even decide if I wanted to put in an offer. I'm not a first time buyer. I ended up leaving after realizing she didn't want to sell or show cars. More

Very helpful moving us through sales process, demonstrating features of new Outback and getting us out the door as fast as possible while covering essential info. Only negative for us (and why dealer isn't getting 5 stars) was that after all going so well, it all bogged down with the finance guy, whose only role (since we paid cash) was to make us wait 30 mins to soften us up, and then in a closed door room keep trying to sell us extended warranty we said we didn't want, delaying conclusion of our deal and resulted in ending our experience on a negative note. It's such an old school, un-customer friendly approach, a throwback to the last century. More
