Most want you to send the other dealers quotes first before they would even consider matching. Brianna answered all my questions and quoted vehicle price via email prior to arriving at dealership. We made an appointment on Saturday at 9am and Brianna was waiting for us. My husband decided he wanted to test drive a different car - no problem. Brianna was very knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor. She definitely made the dreaded car purchase go smoothly and quickly. From the initial phone call Sharlene was a straight shooter with me . She justified her pricing and when I got to the dealership she proceeded to break down her pricing to me in a way I haven't seen before.Everyone at the dealership was courteous. In the end I think I got not just a great deal but great Value for my money. FYI Sharlene, One more minute and I would have paid the additional one thousand. Lol. Keep doing what you're doing.
