Found a pre-owned Outback online in amazing condition with unbelievable price and requested info. Michael (the sales rep) responded quickly and was very helpful in setting up an appointment and test drive. Greatly appreciated the respect and communication. From answering all my extensive questions about the car's history, to setting up the bluetooth in the car after the purchase, Michael was helpful and respectful without creating any pressure. You can tell this dealership promotes a culture of customer service among its staff. After weeks of looking for a car on my own, traveling back and forth to various Subaru dealerships, it was refreshing to have the wonderful sales experience with Michael and Grand Subaru. Jeff and the team at Grand were professional and friendly (Nealy Anderson & Jen Zglobicki assisted Jeff in aspects of the sale), and Grand had a better selection of Imprezas, compared to the other dealers. I was able to locate the specific model (5 door) color (dark blue) and package (premium) that I was seeking only at Grand. The car buying process was a breeze, and Grand has invited me back for a 'Love Encore' program to answer any questions I may have regarding the vehicle. I would highy recommend Grand Subaru for anyone purchasing a new Subaru - and ask for Jeff. More
