Good Internet Purchase experience I went through TrueCar and got connected to Brianna at Grand Subaru. She was very responsive compared to the other 2 dealers from TrueCar that seemed I went through TrueCar and got connected to Brianna at Grand Subaru. She was very responsive compared to the other 2 dealers from TrueCar that seemed to have bombarded me with a lot of non-personal emails. On top of that, Grand offered the best price. A little attention goes a long way, and I soon decided to ignore the other 2 dealers in favor of working with Brianna. Communication from Brianna was good throughout the 2 1/2 month factory order.
