Best car buying experience ever! I just picked up my 4th Outback and it just keeps getting better. My wife is picking up her new Crosstrek in a few week, also her 4th Subaru. The internet selling through Brianna was a great experience - she's organized, friendly and does just the right amount of communication. Even though it was my 4th Outback, Brianna spent over half an hour walking me through all the new features, including setup. I am very happy with the new car and with Grand Subaru - best prices in Chicagoland. More

Grand Subaru is THE place to buy a Subaru I just upgraded a 2015 Outback (purchased at Grand) to a 2018 Outback. While I obviously like the dealership, Nicole Iacullo is just plain awesome. Leading up to the purchase he was very helpful with making sure we knew what to expect and making sure we would have everything we needed to complete the purchase efficiently. He answered all of our questions via email, text, and phone promptly and he made sure that the actual day of purchase went smoothly. 2018 Outback: what a stress-free way to buy a new car My wife's Ford was about 10 years old and she didn't feel comfortable driving it long distances any more. We searched through the options and determined that the Outback was the best choice for us. I then started getting some prices from local (we live in TN) and distant dealerships. I sent Sandy Cuttone at Grand an email and she responded quickly with the best price without having to haggle. We communicated mostly by email and text, which worked great for me. All of our paperwork was handled either through email or FedEx. It really could not have been any easier. Our car had to be transported to us and Sandy handled all of the details to get it to us. It arrived in perfect condition and even a little ahead of schedule. The best part of Sandy's service was the 1 1/2 hours she spent with on the phone with my wife going over all of the features/buttons/menus of the Outback. My wife is now an expert on the car and enjoys pointing out features that I didn't even know it had. More

I like the concept of not haggling with a salesperson & because of his quick response, I decided to visit Grand Subaru the next day.. I ended up taking two Foresters for a test drive & made the decision right away. Jason was so attentive to what I wanted in a vehicle. He explained the different packages and found me the features that were important to me. Not one of the questions I asked him went unanswered. He really knows his Subarus. I actually enjoyed the experience. Jason and Al were extremely easy to work with. I would recommend Grand Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
