While the dealership was not close to me, my phone call w/ Joe Lewicki to check on the car's availability made me confident the drive would be worth it. Joe was very straightforward with me throughout the process. When I told him I wasn't interested in an extended warranty, paint/tire protection plans, etc. he listened and never brought it up. Joe coordinated with the Finance Department ahead of time so that all the paperwork was ready for me to sign when I came back. Linda Martinez in Finance was very helpful and professional too. We had one minor issue with my deposit, which Joe & Linda resolved 100% in a very timely fashion. I have to say, this was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've had in some time. This includes the well known phrase "I need to talk to my manager" and the upselling of protective finishes and treatments. We did not experience any of that when dealing with Nealy and the people at Grand Subaru. Instead, Nealy was genuinely personable and responsive to our approach to car buying. We came prepared with in-depth knowledge of the vehicle we wanted, including information about list prices, invoice prices and dealer costs. We had a price in mind that we knew would give the dealership a reasonable profit and we were prepared to shop around to get that price if we could. We explained all this to Nealy. To our surprise, the price she gave us was lower than our target price. Plus, there was no back-and-forth with her talking to some mystical higher power. The deal was sealed right there and then. Our car arrived within the expected time frame with all the options that we had ordered and the people at Grand Subaru had it ready when we arrived. Nealy took time for a test drive to check things out before taking delivery and after a remarkably pleasant experience with Al signing papers and arranging financing we were on our way. We have been invited back to spend time with one of Grand Subaru's technicians to answer questions and to explain the inner workings of the vehicle's electronics. This is a really nice 'extra' that is very much appreciated. We highly recommend dealing with Nealy and the fine people at Grand Subaru. More

Will was awesome he was very knowledgeable, ,kind and respectful. He showed us many options and helped us. We decided upon a Subaru Outback and we love it. We then spoke with the Finance Manager Linda who again was beyond wonderful she discussed our payment options without being pushy and we were extremely comfortable and very pleased with her service as well. We later received follow up calls and even have an appointment to meet up with someone who can help with some of the many great options the car has. Honest, straightforward, and fun car buying experience I just can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Grand Subaru. I made an appointment to see the car that weekend. Foolishly, I visited a different Subaru dealership in the area and decided to purchase a car from them instead. When I let Jeff know I wouldn’t make our appointment he was funny and gracious- I actually felt disappointment I wouldn’t get to work with a car salesman! Hours later the dealer I “purchased” my car from let me know that the configuration I had requested was not an option and that the car would be 3 weeks later than originally promised.... my first move was an email to Jeff in hopes the original car was available. By sheer luck, it was! Jeff even emailed me on his day off to let me know the car was available and we made another appointment to see the car. Walking into Grand Subaru was such a reassuring experience. Jeff walked me through every step of the car buying process and the whole thing went seamlessly. Linda helped me get all my financing squared away and a few hours later I left Grand Subaru elated.
