I had a lot of anxiety because I came from out of state to buy the car and had to drive it back that day. They were very respectful of my time and made sure I was well acquainted with the car before I began my drive home. The paperwork was explained very thoroughly and I felt very confident about my purchase as I took my place in the driver's seat. A special KUDOS to Joe Lewicki who sat me me and very patiently introduced me to the options of my vehicle and got me on the road for that long drive. With phone hooked to bluetooth and radio stations programmed, it was all good!!!!! Thanks to all the staff who I interacted with ... it's obvious they love what they do and do it well!!!!! More

new 2019 Outback We had a great experience purchasing our 2019 Outback. The work was done on-line and they found exactly the car we were looking for. The Sales and support were friendly and professional. The price of the car warranted driving over two hours to the dealership to pickup the car. There is a downside, we should have never traded our existing car in to Grand, while we did not have to haggle over the price of the new car we did have to haggle over what they were offering to give on the trade-in. We had done our research and had written offers to purchase the used car. Grand would not match those offers, in retrospect it is our fault, we should have not done the trade at the much lower cost and should have driven both cars home over two hours but that would have been a whole other frustration in it's self. More

I'll never bother with the others, I don't even know why I did. Got the best and most honest deal from Nealy Anderson and Sandy Cuttone. Nealy was beyond helpful, patient, fair, funny, etc, etc, etc, She went ABOVE and BEYOND anything she needed to do to make me a happy and forever loyal Grand Subaru (And Nealy Anderson) customer. I've already got my parents on their way to see her and would recommend her, then, to all. The two best car dealership experiences I've had were with Sandy in '16 and both Nealy and Sandy a few weeks ago. The customer service and the deal I got blew International, Countryside, and Evanston away. More

Helped us secure great financing with my local credit union and was very knowledgeable both about the whole process as well as key features of the vehicle. Not only this, but she also helped us save even more on sales tax by negotiating a tremendous trade in value for our used car by matching a CarMax offer. At no point did we feel pressurized or under the gun to make any decision which would not in our best interest. She was a pleasure to work with.
