Great Experience I purchased a 2019 Crosstrek on 10/5/19. Joe Lewicki was our Salesman. He was extremely helpful through out the whole process and was very friendly. I purchased a 2019 Crosstrek on 10/5/19. Joe Lewicki was our Salesman. He was extremely helpful through out the whole process and was very friendly. He answered many questions, and did a complete walk through on all the cars features and was there throughout the whole process, They even fed us lunch which from what I understand is a regular feature in the warmer months.I will return in the future! Excellent customer service, Trace was outstanding! This was the first time I have met and worked with a sales rep who was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles offered at the dealership. I felt the salesman, Trace, was very knowledgeable about the product, and he made the decision to purchase a car very easy. Sandy was also very helpful, and was able to locate and order the exact vehicle we wanted. She was able to get the vehicle to Grand Subaru in incredible time for our purchase. Best car buying experien ince ever. ( 50 years practice ) Never have I been so impressed with buying a car and not being pressured at all. Aura was extremely cheerful and a bucket of knowledge about what Never have I been so impressed with buying a car and not being pressured at all. Aura was extremely cheerful and a bucket of knowledge about what was available. She walked us through the entire facility ( Wow, clean ) and explained what having the Subaru experience was all about. We bought the car and were done. Yes done, no leeches coming out of the back room trying to sell us extended warranties, interior cleaner protection, etc. Aura, went through all the features of the car, set up our cell phones, and has called us back to check up on if we need any other assistance. BEST salesperson I ever worked with. She made sure we were happy, not just trying to make a sale. Brandon was our finance guru. Explained everything thoroughly and was an extreme pleasure to work with. Highly recommended place to stop by and check out when looking for new or used purchased. More
