A surprisingly pleasant experience! After having my 2019 Forester totaled in an accident, I was eager to replace it with another Forester. On a tight deadline to have replacement transportation, I had my work cut out for me. In the process, we visited 7 area Subaru dealers. Though I was concerned that higher volume might equal greater pressure to buy, the salesperson, Trace, couldn't have been more helpful and more professional. Ended up in a 2020 with an even higher trim level than the 2019 at an incredibly competitive price (surprising since I didn't really have time to shop on price alone...) When I checked the otd price, it was $2k less than I had paid for the '19 model this past January at another area dealership. Was very impressed overall with the process, and really enjoyed working with Trace and Brandon. Would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone in the Chicago area looking to buy a Subaru vehicle.
