Brianna Provided Us With Amazing, Attentive Service Brianna contacted me following an internet inquiry about used Forresters. We exchanged several texts about available cars, including a loaded low-mil Brianna contacted me following an internet inquiry about used Forresters. We exchanged several texts about available cars, including a loaded low-mileage 2019 Crosstrek service loaner that sounded very interesting. For a small refundable deposit, Brianna put a hold on the Crosstrek until we could get to the dealership on Saturday. Brianna made it very easy for us to test drive the Crosstrek and a used 2019 Forrester for comparison. While explaining our options, Brianna was never pushy about selling us add-ons. Similarly, Linda Martinez provided us with a first... a perfectly pleasant time with the finance department. When Linda finished with us, Brianna spent a long time with us demonstrating exactly how to operate all of the car's features. This was absolutely our best car buying experience ever, and I expect to be back when we're ready to replace my wife's car in the near future. Hopefully, Brianna will still be at Grand Subaru. More
