Only drawback was a long wait to work with finance, but that wasn’t Mark’s fault. Kinda typical when you buy a car anyway. We will consider coming back to this dealer - simply because of the service that Mark provided. Mark was not the stereotypical used-car salesman. If you end up trading here, ask for Mark Hoen. More
