When come time to turn in our leased subaru (who we got through another dealer) we went to Grand to see if they can support us...but had not yet experience a new car sale there. We worked with Matt Drwal as our sales consultant. I have to say that he carried on the same extremely high standards of Grand, as the experience was excellent. Matt knew the product, new the industry and most of all...took the time to get to know us. That made all the difference. We came in to Grand Subaru with a list of what we were looking for, ideas on makes and models, and a budget. Cameron presented us with options that ticked off all our boxes. After a quick test-drive in what would become our new car, Cameron quickly got to work, and made sure we were informed every step of the way during the buying process. Despite a power outage (a car struck a power pole at an intersection and the whole block went out), we were still able to drive away with our new car.
