From service to sales - consistently great throughout We've purchased now our 2nd car from Grand Subaru. We've had 4 Subaru's in our lifetime thus far and currently own two. We originally came to Grand Subaru to purchase a used one....and have grown to love them due to their excellent service. When come time to turn in our leased subaru (who we got through another dealer) we went to Grand to see if they can support us...but had not yet experience a new car sale there. We worked with Matt Drwal as our sales consultant. I have to say that he carried on the same extremely high standards of Grand, as the experience was excellent. Matt knew the product, new the industry and most of all...took the time to get to know us. That made all the difference. We will continue to bring all of our cars to Grand Subaru for service, and going forward will be our first choice to continue working with Grand and especially Matt in the future for new sales. More
Totalled and bought another one We bought an Impreza from Mark Hoen and Grand Subaru in March. A few months later, in October, we hit a deer at a high rate of speed and totalled it. (Side note: Subaru Imprezas are very safe; we were unharmed, just a minor leg bruise.) We were so happy with the service from Mark Hoen and all the others at Grand Subaru (and the Subaru Impreza), that we called him up and bought the exact same car again. You have a choice in dealerships, but you'd be making a mistake to not work with Mark at Grand. More

She was very helpful with all my questions via text or emails and even replied back during her off day which was awesome. I flew to Chicago with my wife from New Jersey and drove back 14 hours. I never felt something fishy going on when I was in the dealer. Both Brianna and finance manager Brandon Metz were straight forward during the process.It took us 2-3 hours to sign documents and drove off their lot. Lastly, They have the best price from the entire NJ subaru dealers without any negotiation involved. Hustle free and stress free! Thank you again Brianna! More

We came in to Grand Subaru with a list of what we were looking for, ideas on makes and models, and a budget. Cameron presented us with options that ticked off all our boxes. After a quick test-drive in what would become our new car, Cameron quickly got to work, and made sure we were informed every step of the way during the buying process. Despite a power outage (a car struck a power pole at an intersection and the whole block went out), we were still able to drive away with our new car.
