I was able to communicate mainly through email as requested, which beat out other dealerships in the area who only wanted to call me and have me come in to see them. I needed a car on a certain date for a good price, and Ramon was able to make that happen within days, while also holding it for me with a deposit. Once I was ready to sign the papers, my time at the dealership was smooth and quick and without issue, which made my buying experience extremely satisfying. Ramon was very clearly working hard with not only me, but other customers that night, and never let me feel forgotten. I would really recommend working with him when exploring the car buying process. This was the most pleasant car buying experience. I recently bought a Subaru Outback from Grand Subaru in Bensenville. This was the first time I had ever bought a car other than a Chevy or Ford. And I recently bought a Subaru Outback from Grand Subaru in Bensenville. This was the first time I had ever bought a car other than a Chevy or Ford. Andrew Jennings was the salesman who helped me buy the car. Andrew did not pressure me in any way and was very helpful in the process. All the people at the dealership were also quite helpful. I was initially unsure about which model I should buy, but Andrew helped me narrow down the choice to the Outback. I am extremely happy with my new car, and I would recommend Grand Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

Brianna Provided Us With Amazing, Attentive Service Brianna contacted me following an internet inquiry about used Forresters. We exchanged several texts about available cars, including a loaded low-mil Brianna contacted me following an internet inquiry about used Forresters. We exchanged several texts about available cars, including a loaded low-mileage 2019 Crosstrek service loaner that sounded very interesting. For a small refundable deposit, Brianna put a hold on the Crosstrek until we could get to the dealership on Saturday. Brianna made it very easy for us to test drive the Crosstrek and a used 2019 Forrester for comparison. While explaining our options, Brianna was never pushy about selling us add-ons. Similarly, Linda Martinez provided us with a first... a perfectly pleasant time with the finance department. When Linda finished with us, Brianna spent a long time with us demonstrating exactly how to operate all of the car's features. This was absolutely our best car buying experience ever, and I expect to be back when we're ready to replace my wife's car in the near future. Hopefully, Brianna will still be at Grand Subaru. More
