No pressure, friendly staff This is the second Subaru Crosstrek we have purchased from Grand Subaru. Most of this deal was done through email, so when we visited the showroom on Saturday, December 28, we knew exactly what we wanted. Afiza greeted us, told us a bit about the car, and then let us test drive it by ourselves. Once we purchased the car, she spent lots of time showing us all of the features of the car even though she was extremely busy. Al, the finance person, was friendly and put us at ease. Although spending money and buying a car is a stressful experience (especially since we had walked out of another dealer's showroom earlier that day), our experience at Grand was as stress free as possible. Such a Positive Car Buying Experience! Our experience with Andrew Jennings was wonderful from the first moment that we walked in the door at Grand Subaru. Since we were new to the Subaru brand, Andrew took extra time on our first test drive to really explain all of the safety features. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I took time to research the Subaru brand and we visited the dealership several more times before choosing the model and options available. I was most impressed with Trace's forthrightness and honesty (not something one expects from a car salesman). While the process takes a while (as it probably should for a major purchase), the end result was that we drove away in the right vehicle and my wife and I were very satisfied with the experience and the result.
