Last week I purchased my third new Subaru from Grand Subaru a 2020 Forester. As always great service from Jeff Schade who was helping me again with this 2nd car I have bought from him. That wasn’t the case here. Aura was straightforward, helpful, readily available and honest. She constantly kept me in the loop and worked with me to make sure in the end I was happy. Subaru’s sell themselves so for her to take the time/effort without playing the games speaks a lot on her character and the employee Grand Subaru has on their staff.
