Working with Grand Subaru 1 year Now! It has been just over year now that I have worked with Grand Subaru and purchased my car. It all started in working with my Sales Connection Daniel. He did a great job of showing me the type of cars I requested and to see what was in that current inventory. He did a nice job as he worked with me to find this vehicle, and was very supportive of all the needs in a car I needed. To date I have been back for my timely service calls and the service staff have been great along with the Ladies at the payment window, all your employees have been great and very helpful, so I send thanks to them all, but again it all started wiht meeting and working with Daniel to start the ball rolling. Thank you again for all the great help!! More

Lets face it, buying a new car is exciting until it comes time to actually purchase one. That excitement can quickly turn into a stressful, long, and tiring process. Lucky for me, Aura reached out when I mad time to actually purchase one. That excitement can quickly turn into a stressful, long, and tiring process. Lucky for me, Aura reached out when I made my initial inquiry on a new Crosstrek. Believe me, I searched for a while and encountered many sleazy sales employees and dealerships. That wasn’t the case here. Aura was straightforward, helpful, readily available and honest. She constantly kept me in the loop and worked with me to make sure in the end I was happy. Subaru’s sell themselves so for her to take the time/effort without playing the games speaks a lot on her character and the employee Grand Subaru has on their staff. Easy Peasy I've purchased 6 cars from dealerships in my life and I must say working with Afiza at Grand Subaru was the EASIEST process I have dealt with. No run around or weird tactics, agreed on a fair price prior to visiting. Test drove the used vehicle and a few things needed fixed, I thought they might have an issue with that or raise the price. Nope - fixed everything no problem prior to purchase. No pressure about warranties either, financing was fast and painless. Would definitely recommend. I live about 30 minutes away but will be traveling for service with the hopes it is as accommodating as the sales side. More
