We test drove several cars and were given excellent advice on the differences (both in terms of of options and price) that helped us decide what we wanted. There was never any pressure or hard sales pitches -- everything was honest, straightforward, and up front. We used Truecar, and Grand immediately sent a detailed quote on a specific car that met our specs with a price that seemed too good to be true with no hidden fees or terms. The prices we got on the car, the prepaid maintenance plan, and extended service plans were extremely competitive -- the lowest we've seen anywhere. There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises at any time. The finance manager Brandon was also extremely pleasant and helpful. And we got to drink hot chocolate and play video games while waiting for our car to be prepped. Grand came recommended to me by a friend, and I do not hesitate to recommend them (and Vee Banjac!) to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More
