They were not pushy or demanding in any way which I sincerely appreciated. Mark and the team were able to find a car that fit my family and I. Bought a 2020 Outback, love this SUV. Andrew was my online salesman and did an excellent job. Got me a great price, took a test drive and then over the next few weeks we kept in touch. I looked at a couple other SUVs but loved the technology of the Outback. Did the final negotiations, made an appointment and bought the Outback at 0% interest. Andrew took the time to go over all the bells and whistles. I appreciated that. Was a great experience, everyone at this dealership was happy and helpful. Afiza, Sales person was able to quickly understand my expectations and provided me with full details. Later, when I went to the store, she greeted me very well and took lot of time in negotiaition with patience and finally gave me an excellent price I was looking for which other dealers couldn't offer me. She is an excellent sales person with niche skills towards customer satisfaction. Finally, Brandon, the Finance manager closed the paperwork smoothly in no time. Great work Brandon! She gave me Grand's price, which was the cheapest price I could find, no negotiating needed. Upon delivery there were some scratches on the front bumper. Ramon quickly had service put a new bumper on the car. Great job guys! More
