I got a great price on the car, but we drove in from out of town expecting a quick buying experience and it was anything but that. The car wasn't clean when we arrived because of a storm that went through t of town expecting a quick buying experience and it was anything but that. The car wasn't clean when we arrived because of a storm that went through the night before so I understand why they were cleaning or re-cleaning it. The salesman (Will) was very nice and helpful, but he was extremely busy with other customers at the same time so things took longer than they should. Then, the finance person (which we were not using as we already had financing and brought a check) was quick once we were in his office, but we waited over an hour to get in his office. Overall a very slow buying process so I had to knock it down to 4 stars. Honestly, considering everything was essentially agreed to beforehand, we drove in with the purchase money, COVID should have allowed for a quick paperwork process with as few people involved as possible, etc. I probably should rate it lower. Keeping it at 4 stars because of Will. More

Very happy with our buying experience! We had a great experience working with Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. We knew what we were looking for and had narrowed it down to 3 vehicles (diff We had a great experience working with Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. We visited multiple times to ask questions, review features, test drive, etc.. and every time we were met with a smile. Brianna went out of her way to find answers for any questions we had and offered the facts with a no-pressure approach. Having been out of the purchasing market for many years, this was much appreciated. We just needed time to take it all in and make the best decision for our family. I would highly recommend the Subaru Ascent and making a purchase with Brianna was a breeze. In addition, we had our follow-up visit with Jason Zapfel a few weeks later, and this program was perfect. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, I'd noted several questions in my little Subaru notebook, and it was great to get the answers I needed. Thanks Subaru! More

Nealy Anderson was phenomenal! Nealy was prompt and responsive. Didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. I got a great quote from her in writing right away. When it was time to buy I wanted to buy from Grand because they wasted no time to give me the best deal and earn my business. I was actually hoping the other dealers wouldn't go lower because of how well I was treated by Nealy and all the folks at Grand Subaru in Bensonville. More
