Great car buying experience I had a great experience purchasing my first Subaru from Grand Subaru. It started via internet - True Car - with Lou Scapellato, who sent immediate I had a great experience purchasing my first Subaru from Grand Subaru. It started via internet - True Car - with Lou Scapellato, who sent immediately a detailed quote to me. After my first visit at the dealership test driving the car and looking at 2 different options to purchase a car I left and had to think about it. Lou was incredible helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. There was no high pressure tactics from him and I appreciated that very much. A week later I returned and Lou introduced me to Afiza who took over from him since he had an appointment lined up. The car I was looking at a week earlier was sold in the meantime. Afiza worked with me and found the exact car I wanted and got it to the dealership. She spent a significant time with me explaining all the features of the car. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made my car buying experience painless. I definitely would recommend Afiza to anybody looking to buy a new car. More

An Unfortunate Experience We bought a CPO car. The sales person said we would qualify for an APR of 1-2%. The original rate we were shown was 3.99%. The sales person came up We bought a CPO car. Then the rate went down to 2.99%. We looked at the car in the evening. When we looked at the car the next day at home it was very clear there were scratches and dents on the rear doors/body. Contacted the salesperson regarding this and another question, had my question related to the scratches and dents ignored and only answered after a specific follow up email and was told because we looked at the car and drove it off the lot they can't do anything. Also emailed the GM and that email was completely ignored. At the dealership we weren't shown the 152 point checklist for the car. The price was fine. More
