We had picked out our car ahead of time, reserved it with a deposit and were out with financing, warranties, etc. in less than 2 hours. Just bought my new Subaru Crosstrek from Robert Francis and it was a great experience. He made contact almost immediately after I asked for a quote after viewing the inventory online. He quoted me a very g and it was a great experience. He made contact almost immediately after I asked for a quote after viewing the inventory online. He quoted me a very good price and answered my questions very quickly, even though it was a holiday weekend. When I came in to test drive the vehicle, he went over all of the car’s features and his presentation was more thorough than the one I previously got from a different dealer when I was considering a used Subaru.
