We contacted the dealer about the Subaru Ascent Touring on a Tuesday, Cameron got in touch with us on Wednesday and by Friday we had all of the numbers for the car set. We walked in on a Saturday at 10 am and walked out with the new vehicle by 11:45 am. This was especially impressive because they were extremely busy. We had requested a quick turn around because we had our toddler with us and didn't want to cause her any stress and make her wear her mask inside for an extended period of time just sitting around. I hope that this is the future of car buying for everyone, quick, efficient and awesome!! More

No hidden fees or services we didn't want forced onto us. Easy Purchase from Out of State! I found Grand Subaru through the subaruoutback.org forums. I wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback and read that a lot of people from all over the coun I found Grand Subaru through the subaruoutback.org forums. I wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback and read that a lot of people from all over the country had purchased their cars from Grand. I reached out through their website for an "Internet price" on an Outback and heard back from Nealy within minutes. I took that price to three local St. Louis dealerships and no one was able to match Grand's price. Several warned me that when I got to Grand, they would tack on fees and other costs. However, because of the rave reviews I had read online, I decided to move forward with a purchase from Grand. When I arrived at Grand Subaru to complete my purchase, everything was easy and straightforward. They did indeed honor the "Internet price" that I had been offered - with no "gotcha" fees. Nealy was friendly, upbeat, and helpful throughout the purchase experience. Everything went extremely smoothly and there were no surprises. When I need another Subaru, I won't even bother going to another dealership - I will go straight to Grand Subaru next time! I had an excellent experience. More
