Our pricing was upfront, and no one else would give me an exact price without coming in. I do not live close to the dealer, but it was absolutely worth it. Everyone at the dealer was polite and helpful and seemed to enjoy being there. I would recommend Nealy and this dealer to anyone looking for a Subaru. Financing was a breeze with Linda, and while we were offered extras, there was no pressure or hard sale. More

Great service Nealy provided great service and was informative without being pushy. They offer many extra warranties and she explained them thoroughly. The only thing I would say to future buyers is that, if you haven't bought a car in a while (I hadn't), there are a lot more things to consider when it comes to warranties these days. If you read up on them in advance, you might be able to save yourself some time at the dealership. Overall, a great buying experience: we love the car and the price was very fair (although we used a buying service that helped in this area). More

There was no pressure and I feel that I paid a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised to visit Grand Subaru in 2020 after a less positive experience in 2014. Unlike other dealerships, I felt respected and valued at Grand Subaru. The only negative was the lack of a ramp to avoid stairs, necessitating an awkward trip through the service department. More

I knew I wanted a 2020 Subaru Outback, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find the model that fit my needs. When I gave Kiril a call, he helped me decide on one that fit my needs but also didn't hurt my wallet (the Premium). Within 15 minutes he was able to find it in my first color choice! This was a big deal considering that production of these new vehicles had slowed down. Fast forward a week later, my family and I went to the dealership and met with Kiril to finalize the purchase. He was very friendly, personable and patient with the whole process (especially when it came to teaching us about the car's technology features).
