For instance, after I bought a brand new Forester, I noticed a small scratch on the hood. I called him up, and he instantly provided a time to get it looked at. It would not buff out, so he ended up just getting a BRAND NEW hood put on ! Unbelievable service. Robert was unstoppable when it came to resolving this issue ! I was impressed. Also, when I initially went to explore options on the lot, he was extremely helpful without being pushy, excellent demeanor. He supported me through the whole process without ever being overbearing. Things went seamlessly from start to finish with Robert and the rest of the staff at this location.
