This was my first time visiting Grand Subaru and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Afiza was our salesperson and she was awesome! Afiza and Al made the entire process quick and smooth. 2 1/2 hours later we were done and on our way. I would highly recommend visiting Grand Subaru a using Afiza and Al as your associates. Chris and Grand Subaru were awesome. I was in touch with every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 mil every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 miles from my house and I drove the 20+ miles to go to Grand because Chris made me feel comfortable with the deal over e-mail. They made sure they got me the best deal possible and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They offered me some add-ons and warranty extensions when I purchased the vehicle, but whenever I declined they were not pushy, unlike other dealers. Clearly, they just wanted to make sure I was aware of all of my options. More
