My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV after our 10 year old Santa Fe was headed towards need for major repairs. We visited numerous dealerships and test drove a number of vehicles. We ended up real 10 year old Santa Fe was headed towards need for major repairs. We visited numerous dealerships and test drove a number of vehicles. We ended up really liking the 2020 Subaru Outback after a test drive with a dealer close to home. We were given the sell- “what would it take to get you in this vehicle today.” Even after explaining we would field numerous offers to get the deal that made most sense for us, we never got a number from in-person sales consultant. I reached out to numerous dealerships with similarly optioned Outbacks. Grand Subaru- and Nealy specifically- got back to us quickly and their first offer was their best offer. While we may have been able to haggle another dealership to an even better number, at some point your respect, your time, and quality customer service is worth something. Nealy was also upfront about all other applicable taxes/fees as well as other sales options we would be asked about at time of sale including protection and maintenance plans that we could accept or decline. The final sale and delivery of vehicle went very smoothly and as efficient as it can really be. Overall our sales experience was great and I highly recommend considering Grand, and Nealy, for your next Subaru purchase! More
