I knew what I was buying- did not need a test drive and was aware of all the features of Subaru Outback. I had quotes from multiple dealerships via email but he was the only one who gave me the OTD price and got me a car of choice (color). Other dealership wanted $300+ more for getting a car which they did not have on their lot. Lou did not change the OTD price for getting the car of my choice. . I don’t like wasting time on talking and negotiating – we have enough data on the internet to get a fair estimate of the sales price. He was very in tune with buyers like me. He indeed is a new age car salesman. He will be my go to person for my next car purchase as well. I thank him and wish him all the best. More
