I was a little skeptical going for a test drive because I didn't think Grand Subaru had a vehicle with safety options I wanted at a price I could afford. Working with Ramon, I test drove a base model Crosstr didn't think Grand Subaru had a vehicle with safety options I wanted at a price I could afford. Working with Ramon, I test drove a base model Crosstrek (not enough features) and a loaded used Outback (too big for me) and neither really was a match. Instead of trying to hard sell me on one or the other, Ramon really wanted me to be happy and ended up finding me the perfect only slightly used Crosstrek with all the features I wanted. He was very patient and friendly and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Thanks Ramon for finding me the perfect match! More
