The best dealership in town! They know the pulse of the customers and how to deal with them. I had the worst of experiences before with multiple different dealers, but Grand Subaru made sure I do not face customers and how to deal with them. BEST SALES GUY EVER!!! Drew is the most patient sales guys I ever came across, I came in Grand Subaru wanting a 2019 WRX not knowing how to drive manual and Drew here went above and beyond and helped te guys I ever came across, I came in Grand Subaru wanting a 2019 WRX not knowing how to drive manual and Drew here went above and beyond and helped teach me the basics on how to drive stick. I waited a couple of weeks until I was ready and never once did I feel pressured of intimidated with purchasing this car. I highly recommend working with Drew!!! More

LIke most people I've had unpleasant experiences buying cars in the past. My experience at Grand Subaru dealing with Lou Scapellato was much better. I got a good price online and there wasn't any attempt t cars in the past. My experience at Grand Subaru dealing with Lou Scapellato was much better.
