Everyone was so friendly, they explained every piece so thoroughly: about all the car features and test driving, the application process and add on warranty packages, the finance paperwork, etc. We were in and out in way less time than I ever could have anticipated, they had all of the documents ready for us! I received a voice message from Jeff Schafer at Grand Subaru informing me 2.9 % interest rates being offered on the 2024 Subaru Outback, after I posted online that I was interested in a 2023 Forester. Jeff Shade was Honest, friendly, professional and assisted with me with getting a price lower than the MSRP throughout the Costco Auto buying program. I will be forever grateful to Jeff who was an advocate for me through this buying process and very timely with returning calls. He provided some discount’s pricing since my car was coming from a dealership in Indiana, which was refreshing and a blessing without me inquiring .
