We bought our first Subaru from Grand when the dealership was new. The wonderful service dept (shout-out to Joe B.!) had kept our car running great for 13 years. Now we bought our second Subaru, from Nealy. was new. The wonderful service dept (shout-out to Joe B.!) had kept our car running great for 13 years. Now we bought our second Subaru, from Nealy. We wanted manual transmission so Nealy placed the order for us, quickly and easily, and kept us updated along the way. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience - from the first day I walked into her office, to the day that she handed us the keys - very positive! And easy!! My husband is an enthusiastic “car guy”/hobby racer and drives other brands, so we have accumulated a lot of car buying experience over the years. Hands down, Nealy was the nicest sales person we’ve ever had! More

We had a very comfortable, easy-going experience with Afiza Abaihanova at this dealership. My brother had spoken very highly of it. We came in wanting a new CrossTrek.
