I recently traded my Subaru Ascent for a newer Ascent. I worked with Nealy, their tradeup advantage coordinator. Due to the car shortage and logistics issues, I unfortunately had a less than ideal wait tim worked with Nealy, their tradeup advantage coordinator. She kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to this, once the vehicle arrive, she did the majority of the prep work before we arrived at the dealership.
