We had an excellent experience at Grand Subaru! 11 years prior I purchased a 2008 Forester at the same location and after driving it all over the country it was time to retire her and move to something cont prior I purchased a 2008 Forester at the same location and after driving it all over the country it was time to retire her and move to something contemporary with better safety features for our family. Grand Subaru was our first and only stop during our car buying experience and we were taken care of throughout the whole process. We worked with Drew for the majority of the day and his friendly, low pressure, flexible approach made what could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. Al continued that tone as he excitedly explained some of the safety features we’d love with our new Forester and made the financing portion clear and focused. We love what we purchased and look forward to taking it on many adventures as a family for years to come. More

Andrew did a very good job patiently listening to our vehicle requirements (we had many), then steering us towards one that suited our needs. He also did a great job explaining the options and the Credit vehicle requirements (we had many), then steering us towards one that suited our needs. This was a used car purchase. I have great confidence that the car was checked over thoroughly and fixes made where needed. For example, AFTER we decided to purchase the car, the dealer realized that the tires were getting worn, and they were replaced BEFORE we picked it up - at NO ADDITIONAL COST! I really cannot imagine that this would happen everywhere, so kudos to the dealership! More
