My brother sent me specifically to Ramon at Grand Subaru and let me tell you! I’m glad I listened. There were 2 other Subaru dealers near me but I decided to take the drive. The Automobile market is the sam and let me tell you! I’m glad I listened. There were 2 other Subaru dealers near me but I decided to take the drive. The Automobile market is the same as the housing market, you snooze you lose. There were 2 Ascents I was looking into and they were both sold. I went in to look at one that was out of my budget, but after test driving and Ramon’s expertise, I purchased it. Ramon was very understanding and very helpful. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Gabriel was great to work from start to finish. It was 7 months from when I first contacted him, until finally making our purchase. Not once did he ever pressure me to make a decision to buy, but would let me know when I was ready that he would be there to make the process as smooth as possible. I have 2 other dealers 20 minutes away, but would give him first shot at providing me a great deal despite a hour drive to get there. More

I was 5 stars satisfied with Grand Subaru. I was actually in process if buying from another dealer then spoke to Sales Rep Lou Scapellato.
