Service Department sucks! I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last 2 years it’s gotten worse and worse. Took my 2020 Armada in for oil change and They dented my door on my Nissan Armada $60k vehicle and never told us. We’re picked it up when it was dark and we didn’t see it until the next morning. We took it back and they said oh the mechanic made a note to ask you if that was there , no one asked us anything. 5 days later they got it back to us fixed. We have a 2024 Nissan Altima and took it in today for an oil change and they tell us since we’re over the mileage for our oils change ( we were on vacation in Orlando at Disney for the week when it came on) our powertrain warranty is now expired! But we didn’t have a sticker put in our windshield the last oil change and they didn’t reset it in the vehicle we called the service manager and he said oh sorry I will talk to my staff so we didn’t know it was up until it popped on the actual dash and now our power train warranty is expired. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are all riude and completely unprofessional! Do not buy a car here because the service Department is horrible!!! More

Will take your deposit and not order your car for months on end. Then 10 months later they try to pawn a car off on you that is nothing like the one you special ordered. We recently bought a reduced price 2020 Nisson Versa and we love it. Our salesperson, Mike Martineau was terrific! He worked had to get the car we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. He even came to see me in the parking of our condo to help me figure out some of the amazing features this car has that I’d never seen before - we hadn’t bought a car in the US since the nineties so we were more than a teensy bit out of touch with car technology. Mike is a legitimately nice guy and I feel that we got a fair deal so I recommend him highly. I also recommend the car! More

First met him over the phone about 4 months ago when I was helping a friend search for a used car. He was so polite and helpful, never tried to shorten our conversation and offered to help any way he could if we ever came to Grand Strand Nissan . I was very impressed with this young man before I ever met him. At that time I had a Nissan Rogue from Grand Strand that I was taking back for routine maintenance and the next time I did that I asked the receptionist to point out Marshal to me. I saw a young man with boundless energy and enthusiasm. I watched him interact with the more seasoned salesmen and wondered to myself how he was going to compete with them. I also knew then that if I ever decided to trade for a new car I would ask for him in person and that's what I did when I traded my Rogue for a new Pathfinder two days ago. I ASKED HIM, Marshal , how many cars have you sold this month and when he told me 16 and my purchase that day made 17 it was no surprise. My best regards to Marshal Walker.
