I walked into Grand Prix Subaru not sure if I wanted to buy a car, but figure I still try and get that great price for a car that will help influence my decision. During this process I can honestly say that my friend and I were not the easiest people to deal with, as you shouldn't be when buying a car. Jeanne was extremely patient, and helped get me a great price on the car. She must have brought back 4 different people, each one giving me a better price (expected) I went back and took the 2017 Legacy Limited for a test drive. I decided to sign papers.....and don't regret it. Anyway, Knowing that it is a big decision to buy a car, and her having kids around my age (we got into family talk while papers were being printed), she looked at my face and asked if I 100% felt comfortable before I sign the papers. Yes, I know that some, maybe most sales people would do this also, but after you say "no you don't" would they go back and get a better price for you again. I am telling you, I was a big pain in the a** and she still got a price for me that I really felt comfortable with. She was genuinely concerned for me and the deal. I would recommend that if you go to Grand Prix Subaru, or are trying to buy a Subaru, make sure to give Jeanne Zagardo your business. More

We were looking for a midsize SUV and had narrowed it down to Toyota & Acura, both great brands. A few neighbors and friends recommended we also consider Subaru. Seems everyone that owns one is crazy about the thing and will never drive another brand. We decided to take a look. Once we visited the dealer and drove the Outback, we realized they were right, was an easy choice. Subaru's attitude about safety and meeting the needs of an active lifestyle, and the obvious quality of the car (and the dealer), it all speaks for itself. All the employees were welcoming and very professional in their knowledge & appearance; many even had something we hardly ever see anymore: shirts & ties. Quite a contrast to the sloppy appearance of the people at Toyota! Made us feel we were in a quality place. Our salesperson could not have been more helpful or more kind, Joe DelRossi, we highly recommend him. As large as Grand Prix is, they didn't have in stock the color we wanted. Joe went out of his way, found one upstate for us equipped exactly as we wanted, and had it brought over from somewhere way over near Nyack -- the next morning. Unbelievable! Everything went smoothly, Alice in finance hooked us up on on a great lease, they beat everyone else's deal, couldn't be happier. The car is beautiful. More

Very pleasant sales experience but they drive a hard bargain I dealt with Paul on three different trips. Each and every time, Paul was extremely pleasant to work with, very attentive, and very professional. I dealt with Paul on three different trips. At first, I wanted to trade my scat pack but they did not know how to price it correctly and could not make the numbers work. To their defense, I was looking to trade my Dodge Charger SRT that had a higher value than any brand new Subaru so this was a bit of an unusual trade for them and understandably so. I decided to get rid of my car on my own and returned two months later to deal a straight up lease. The second time I left due to not being able to beat a competitor's price. It turned out the competitor did not have the exact options I wanted and I decided to return and negotiate a bit more. They ended up meeting me in the middle and I think it was fair. Overall, the dealership is friendly, and informative. Paul did an excellent job at helping me make an informed decision. We test drive three different cars and closed on an outback that made most sense for me. Huge positive here! There are no bait and switch tactics, no games, and no wasted time! They truly conduct themselves in a professional matter and the tough bargain was fair but not outrageous (I.e. Being offered a price that is initially inflated by thousands of dollars to drive a long bargain). I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru and I recommend Paul specifically based on my extremely positive experience. More
