Upon selection of our car, Joe accompanied us on a short drive. Later he went over all the need to know features and how they work and what they do. We saw videos that help seal the deal for us in purchasing the top of the line. His manner was always a positive one, along with his ability to answer all our questions. Everyone we dealt with from beginning to end were helpful and even our exit with the bong and everyone clapping made you feel everyone was happy for you. Great Experience I was looking for my second Subaru purchase. I was always a fan of the AWD and pretty much everything else associated with the car. I was coming from a 2002 wrx so to see the new features in these new imprezas I was blown away. We dealt with Roy at Grand Prix and he was everything we wanted in a sales person. Not pushy, and didn't rush anything. We told him what we were looking for and he provided all the information we wanted to hear. He showed us the Impreza sport and I was thrilled when I saw it. It had everything and even more than what I wanted at a ver affordable price. Joe from the finance department also helped us and he was great for us. He answered any questions we had and we were very comfortable dealing with them. We are very happy with our purchase and will be back again for sure. More
