I called ahead to make sure that the two vehicles I was interested in were at the dealership, and was connected with Roland. Spoke to him and made an appointment with him and he had both vehicles ready to go for my road test the next day when I arrived. Roland was very informative and had the upmost patience when dealing with me. He wasn't pushy and was very understanding about what I wanted and how I felt about buying a used vehicle. He made the process very easy and was very helpful, even when it came to returning my rental vehicle. I like to thank him for being an outstanding sales person that left me and my wife very happy after our experience with him and Grand Prix Subaru. Thank you Roland ! More
My car buying experience.. I've been searching for a used (CPO) Crosstrek for a few months with a certain color and mileage in mind. I went to a few dealers and they confirmed a I've been searching for a used (CPO) Crosstrek for a few months with a certain color and mileage in mind. I went to a few dealers and they confirmed all those typical horror and bait and switch stories that everyone has heard about. Just when I was getting tired of looking, in comes a Crosstrek in the color and mileage that I have been searching for. I set up appointment to test drive the car and meet up with Mr. Wilfredo Estevez. The car was used so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, some noticable paint nicks here and there but it was acceptable because the overall condition of the car was in great conditions. When the time came to work out the paperwork, there was some fees that I wasn't comfortable with but it was offset by the advertised price of the car including some options that was not listed that I felt was fair and within the current market value for that year and mileage, so to me it was no BS here. One hurdle down and in my mind the worst part of the car buying experience was next....The finance manager, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Raymond Voesack. I was wrong once again, no pressure, no BS. When the time came to pick up my car. Mr. Wilfredo Estevez came back for one last time to offer me the extended warranty on behalf of Mr. Raymond Voesack. In my mind, I rolled my eyes and when Mr. Wilfredo Estevez showed me the numbers on a small piece of paper, my mouth dropped to the floor when I saw the obscene price with zero deductible on the extended warranty. I was blown away by the offer but I turned it down. It will probably cost me more in the future if I decide to buy the extended warranty on my own. I figure this was the end of the month and taking a slight lost to meet the expected projections monthly numbers and building a relationship with the customer is more important. So overall I have to say this experience was very pleasant and restore my faith in the car buying process. I have to add that I bought my very first new Subaru at Grand Prix back in 98 and on another note, one thing that I keep forgetting to ask was what kind of air freshener spray was used on the car because it has this nice subtle smell that's not overpowering like a lot of air freshener out there in the market. More

Not pushy and very knowledgeable. I looked at and the car for the first time on Thursday and by Saturday I drove off in my new car. Fair trade in price too. On both occasions my sales reps were incredible, Elvis, Sean, and Agata, totally focused on getting you the best deal for your situation. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very nice to deal with. They go above and beyond to get you driving. Where finance is always the nightmare for most you have Joe Kinder. Just amazing, all the above and a straight shooter. Will not waste your time, gets it done!!!! A true pleasure to deal with. I would also like thank every person I encountered and of course the management for making the experiences so wonderful for my family. More
Pleasant experience in leasing new vehicle I visited this dealership with my wife last year (Aug/Sept 2016), and was met my Joseph Iucci. Mr Iucci was very courteous and professional. The auto we were interested in (2017 Impreza), had not been introduced into the Subaru lineup. I still had two years left on a three year lease for a Hyundai Sante Fe Ultimate so I decided to wait till the new Impreza's were in the showroom. Upon my return in Sept. 2017, I was met by Yianni Mamtsaderis, who was also very courteous, respectful, patient and knowledgeable. I test drove one of a few 2017 Impreza's left and immediately decided on a red sport model. From beginning to end, the experience was genuinely pleasurable. The whole staff from management down were amazing. Grand Prix Subaru is my new home away from home. More
