He helped us lease a new Subaru Outback, and the process was just as smooth and honest as it was when I first visited him. He is so patient, he is FULL of important information about cars (both Subaru and others, since he collects and takes care of old cars - he really knows his stuff), and he really takes your situation into account and works with you to get a deal that will work for your situation. I was already a fan of Joe, but now my husband has hopped on the Joe bandwagon also. We’re already planning which cars we’ll buy and lease from him next. After leaving that day, he was very respectful of that fact that my husband & I were there for information only. Because of how we were treated that day we went back to Joe to make our purchase. We met with Joe Iucci who listened to my mother's needs and wants and he was able to steer her to a 2018 Subaru Legacy which exceeded her expectations. Joe gave us so much of his time explaining the processes of leasing a car and demonstrating all the wonderful features of Mom's new car! My Mom felt very comfortable making her decision and she drove away confident and happy in her beautiful new Legacy. First off, Joe not only walked me through the Crosstrek and the Outback, he joined me on test drives through the neighborhood, showing me the latest Eyesight features on the new Subarus. And I forgot to mention. The entire time he was leading me through town on my test drives, he was holding my 12 WEEK OLD PUPPY in his lap. “Yea!” Joe says. “Bring her along!” Brand new, shiny car, puppy barely potty trained. No problem he says. I think she enjoyed it as much as I did. Okay, so test drive is great, then we get to the deal signing. I’m a teacher, JUST got married, JUST starting a new job on the island, obviously can’t break the bank. Not only did Joe walk through some great options with me, but Ted the manager of the dealership cut me an INCREDIBLE deal that I could not pass up. I signed on the dotted line immediately. Really, I can’t thank these guys enough, there was no way I thought I was walking away with a car this day, thought it was just going to be a test drive, but the deal they cut me was just amazing. You guys rock. 4 hours later, I came back to a beautiful new Outback. My only regret is not leasing for more mileage. It’s gonna be hard to keep me out of this car... and one more thanks to Joe for his patience with my never ending questions (including questions from my wife via text), with my teething puppy, and my penchant for stopping way too close too cars during my test drive.
