My salesman, Joe Lucci was relaxed and professional, really knew the product well, and listened well to my questions. Ted Hanlon the sales manager, came over to make sure I was being handled properly and that all my questions were being addressed. After all my questions were answered and I took another test drive, I decided to purchase the car. The car is great! A Subaru Forester. I'm on the road all the time. My gas bill, for the same amount of driving went down from $500 a month to $175 - $250. The gas saving is paying the monthly loan amount. You get free oil changes for a year which is great and the dealership has a special process for oil changes. You don't have to make an appointment. You just show up. So far my experience has been really good with Grand Prix. I don't see why it shouldn't continue. I've receive a call to make sure all is well and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend both Subaru and Grand Prix. More

I, like a lot of people, have had bad experiences with salesmen and dealerships in the past. This was not one of those times. My wife and I purchased a new Subaru from Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville and could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone at the dealerships was friendly and helpful and our salesman, Joseph Iucci was simply amazing. He was full of knowledge, explaining all the different options on various models. I was impressed on how he was concerned with every detail of our needs. He was fair and honest....it was a pleasure working with him. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. But our great experience didn’t stop there. We had a very good meeting with the general manager Ted. He was friendly and worked with us on our trade in. Finally the financial part of this transaction was handled by Ray. He explained all our options and allowed us to choose what worked best for us.
