First of, even with the fear of going out I braved coming to this clean and social distance compliant facility. I was in a search for a 2020 Forester Sport. So I headed over to GRAND PRIX. I had an appointment with Mike but instead I was greeted with hello and Andre Chandool. Big guy but with a big heart. Grand Prix is notorious for great choice in their salesman and this man was no different. He was patient, direct, straight-forward and is willing to walk miles to ensure you get what you ask for. He is very professional and cares to give the highest quality to help his customers. He even took the time today to explain some questions I had about my lease. I love that quality that you cannot find else where regardless of the pandemic GP manages to figure out how to stay functional and help out potential customers who would not come out due to the scare. Andre even said he would deliver cars to customers. That's amazing service in my book. Also I see two negative reviews about how he treats his customers and I am really shock on these reviews. I have a feeling these are customers who wanted to be pushy on a deal that was impossible to finalize. I really don't see Andre as anything other than patient and careful to ensure CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN MET. I am here to say he is nothing what other reviewers has posted. What would be really gain from being condescending and disrespectful? how does that add value to the company? Hmmmm think about it folks. His job is to ensure good customer experience and he does. Go visit now with 0% APR and ask for Andre and tell him Mick sent you. More

We had an accident during 2015 and he helped with the whole process including getting me any loaner car I can get. He is honest and will definitely take care of your needs as well as his whole team. Very professional and very friendly. What a great all around guy. I truly appreciate his service and professionalism. He is reliable so if you ever need anything contact him. The GP team really cares for their team so why look elsewhere? Not everyone will be happy and you will get some angry customers but these guys make it a point to help. More

Inexperienced service techs only know how to use an air gun. The service department here is the same as most other dealerships: filled with inexperienced kids that are handed an impact gun and told to go to town The service department here is the same as most other dealerships: filled with inexperienced kids that are handed an impact gun and told to go to town. I went in to have the transmission repaired on my WRX, and the tech torqued the nut for the transmission mount so tight, I'm still unable to remove to it to this day. It was most definitely reinstalled with an air gun and seemingly cross threaded as well. Unnecessary and lazy. That brings me to today, when I opened my hood and saw the battery that they replaced a little over a year ago leaking horribly. The rear of the battery tie down was tightened so much that it left an indentation in the top of the battery, which seemed to be the source of the leak. As the cherry on top, it seems like the lazy kid who worked on my car couldn't fit his air gun on the negative terminal of my battery, so he found it acceptable to forcibly bend it upwards so he could get it to fit. An open ended wrench would have fit just fine. Once again, laziness and disrespect for someone else's property. I went out and bought a new battery and installed it myself, even though I could have had them replace it for free. I would never trust them to touch my car ever again. And unless you'd like your car abused like mine was, I suggest you don't either. More

Im so Greatful for the time and patients that my salesman Joe Iucci took with me to help me select my 4th New Subaru purchase. Mr Lucci used his personal CC to get us lunches we spent more than 4 hours, I couldnt decide between a New Forester or Outback. They got me the best deal and a great trade in offer on my older Forester. This is my 4th Subaru purchase from Grand Prix Subaru. Howard from the Finance Dept worked to get me the best option and Manager Aja worked to get me the a better rate on my extended warranty. A special Thanks to Barbara O'Brien who would call frequently to alert me to the new offers Grand Prix would have. I work in all kids of weather as a Supervisor of Public Works and my Subaru is the best in handling snow and rain. A Great Safe vehicle to own. I will be back to purchase another Subaru for my Son Greg. He and his girlfriend Liz, also a Subaru Ambassador, were there to help me. I am so Greatful. Thanks Subaru. More
Just purchased a new Forester here. I usually hate the car buying experience, but they were good! This was in the midst of the virus outbreak, and they helped to accommodate me (wiped everything with sa car buying experience, but they were good! This was in the midst of the virus outbreak, and they helped to accommodate me (wiped everything with sanitizing wipes, offered me wipes, wiped things after they touched it) as best as they could. Joe Iucci even gave me a roll of very valuable towel paper to take home! I knew exactly what I wanted, and they were able to provide it to me, and I drove my new Forester home that day. They made sure it was freshly cleaned and topped off the gas. Joe was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I'm looking forward to working with them for years to come! More

I've had people try to sell me off on things that I'm knowledgeable about to make an extra dime. Now that may not be important to some of you, but to all the mothers, sisters, aunts, and women out there, this means a lot because it shows that I have a dealer that I can trust. I walked in looking for a car and Joe was a pleasure for all of the family! He was knowledgable and wanted to know what we "needed" from a vehicle. Once he found out that information, he worked with us and we were able to successfully walk out as a 2020 Subaru owner. We walked in 'mid-coronavirus season' and he spent the entire day with us going back and forth over the same two cars! Oh the amount of patience Joe has!!! We didn't feel rushed even during closing time despite being there for so long. When I tell you that I am a forever Joe client, I really mean that because no matter what company he works for, he has my business for life. Thank you a million! More
