I was searching for a new vehicle for at least 2-3 months. I had called every Jeep Dealer on Long Island to get pricing. It sounds crazy but it was worth it in the end. I had one guy at Security who took me as a joke and said I should bring my trade which was a 2007 Civic Si with 81k and drop it off at the east river and then go back and he would help me. I walked out of that dump. Other dealers did not want to give pricing over the phone blah blah blah. I went in to Grand Prix on a weekend and Paul introduced himself and was extremely courteous and answered all of my questions. He went over all the details about the truck and explained everything. He did not pressure me into anything and gave me time to think about the #'s I was giving. He proceeded to follow-up with me 3 days in a roll which in my book was how a salesman should be. After completing my research Paul and I completed the deal. This was the 1st vehicle I bought over $30k and he treated me with the utmost respect despite the problems I ran into with my credit. I would without a doubt buy another Jeep from Paul. By far hands down the "best" car salesman I ever dealt with. I hope the owner of Grand Prix takes care of Paul because he is worth every penny and then some. More
I just picked up my new 2011 legacy from this dealership yesterday. what a great car it is. My sales agent Kevin Diaz was great. He made the whole car purchase experience simple and pleasant. I had such a good time that i am going back there again next week to pick up a new outback for my wife and her sister. if you are in the market for a subaru and hate the game some dealers like to play, i highly recommend you going to see Kevin. I had done my research and was looking for a very specific model... 2011 outback 2.5i limited, color green. I was all set to buy it from another dealer when Dan from Grand Prix called me based on my specific model... 2011 outback 2.5i limited, color green. I was all set to buy it from another dealer when Dan from Grand Prix called me based on my internet query to Grand Prix. He told me that if I gave him a chance he would beat the other dealer by a mile. I was skeptical, but went to see him armed with my best numbers. Turns out Dan is the Manager and he introduced me to Roy Wander, salesman. Roy was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not waste my time, he was up front and honest from the beginning and helped me fine tune my selection. He found me the exact car that I wanted and with Dan's help they did beat the other dealers prices by a mile, they also gave me a number of valuable service coupons and their service program in general seems to be very well priced with alot of incentives for repeat visits. Dan volunteered to drive my expiring leased car back to the old dealership to turn in and Roy personally drove a few hours to bring my new outback into the dealership. Both these guys went out of there way to help me. Having bought or leased 4 cars now... 2 lexus, one cadillac and a BMW, i can honestly say I have never had as good an experience buying a car as I did thanks to Roy, Dan and the rest of the staff at Grand Prix. I am not affiliated with them, related to them or known except from this experience and I highly reccomend them and Grand Prix! More

I have been searching for a new vechile since my lease was ending. After visiting numerous dealers I found grand prix chrysler. Paul Perrotta was so friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for was ending. After visiting numerous dealers I found grand prix chrysler. Paul Perrotta was so friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for it made the buying process easier. Yes I had to wait five weeks for my vechile to arrive but it was well worth the wait. I would highly reccommend this dealership over others. My previous dealership is still calling me to come back and purchase or lease another car. Since my previous dodge mini van was returned for battery problems 11 times with in the first six months there was no way I was going back. Grand Prix Chrysler in Hicksville,NY has my business and I will reccomend it to anyone. More
I went in to purchase a 2011 Forester today and brought in an ad from the Grand Prix Subaru website offering me $2,500.00 on top of my vehicle's trade in price. We were told there were no 2011s available in an ad from the Grand Prix Subaru website offering me $2,500.00 on top of my vehicle's trade in price. We were told there were no 2011s available and I was offered a 2010 for the price of a 2011 ($24,000). I said this was not acceptable as I could go to another dealer and pay the same amount for a brand new 2011. I was then told I would be offered over $5,000 for my 5 year old car after the extra $2,500.00 incentive. Once paperwork came out, that offer mysteriously disappeared and I was given the runaround on the 2011 having a price increase over the 2010 and I was getting a great deal. Ended up walking out, did not appreciate being lied to and strung along. I told them the sale of the car was contingent on the trade-in incentive and they would not budge. I overheard the salesman talking to the manager and the manager kept telling the salesman to knock even more off my trade-in price (after suddenly taking the $2,500.00 incentive off the table) and to look for "scratches" -- unacceptable. Then they asked for a bank check and would not accept my bank's purchase process (Bank of America has the dealership send the purchase order to them to process. I am not handed any money. BoA said this is normal and if I am trading in a car and can prove I have financing, it would not be a problem). After I left, I was told they would give me $3,000.00 for the trade-in (still not allowing the extra $2,500.00 incentive) if I would take the 2010 today (which I really didn't want, since with 2012 coming out so soon the 2010 would already be 2 years old). Not going back, and I don't recommend anyone else does. I was flat out lied to and did not want to spend another second there. More

Stay away from this dealership at all costs! Well when I called him up to tell him that I had found a newer model for a better price and wanted my deposit back he tried to give me the run around. I told him....I'm getting my $ back no matter what, and if I have to file a dispute with my credit card I'm going to file a report against your dealership with the Better Business Bureau because this is just plain unethical---He responded "Don't f**king threaten me" and hung up the phone. Now i'm fighting to get my $ back---I know that used car salesman are a slimy bunch but this is ridiculous! I am so glad I didn't get the car from them, god knows what other dirty tricks they have up their sleeve! More

He was always prompt in his responses and extremely helpful with any question I had. Working with Reggie for the financial end was a pleasure as well, he was extremely helpful trying to make everything work and was even willing to work around the price so I had enough to put down. I was extremely pleased with the dealerships service afterwards with their added incentive of free oil changes and state inspections for life. Two Thumbs Up! More
