I was prepared to be bullied into purchasing right away. Then I met Jaime Borack. She was extremely friendly and just wanted to help me get what I wanted. She took be on a relaxed test drive. When we got back, Jaime sat down what me to discuss options and pricing. I wasn't sure that I was going to trade in my old car, but Jaime had it appraised just in case. I hadn't intended on purchasing a car that day, but Jaime made me feel comfortable, in control and well informed. I was given a fair price on a great car. And you can't beat the Grand Prix service package. I'm not sure if I would have purchased my on the spot if it wasn't for Jaime. I felt very confident and no pressure. There was no pressure or up-sell...she explained our options clearly and took us on a pleasant test drive. When we phoned the next day to tell her we'd buy, she started our financing paperwork immediately and said our car would be ready by Monday, which it was. Her manager Jayson Schrager was professional and kind, both Jamie and Jayson are knowlegeable and thorough, VERY friendly and make the whole experience quite nice. I highly recommend Grand Prix, and Jamie Borack in particular, if you are in the market for a new or used car. We will be back for regular service and trade-in in a few years! :) More

Jamie was great My wife and I found ourselves in the market to buy a car and after both of my brothers purchased Subarus from Jamie, we knew who we should talk to. We showed up at the dealership on a Sunday without an appointment, and Jamie took the time to meet with us and discuss the pre-owned cars she had in her inventory, even though she was juggling 10 other things that day. We took a Forester for a test-drive and decided on the spot that it was the car we were looking for and put down our deposit. During the week, Jamie followed up with us about concerns we had with some dings and recalls on the car (we were first time used-car buyers) and made sure everything was checked out and in great condition the following Saturday when we came out to pick it up. We were impressed with how thorough Jamie was, as she even pulled strings to make sure we had the accessories we wanted. I would definitely refer friends and family (to the extent they haven't already purchased a car from Jamie). More
