Paul not only had the car the NEXT day, but everything about him and the dealership was truly amazing. We cant say enough good things about the "little" extras that Grand Prix offers and the extra truly impressive, personal care Paul OUR salesperson gave to us. After having a bad experience with a Honda dealership (never buying a honda again, lesson learned) and never getting a phone call back from another Subaru dealership this was truly a "return to faith" experience for us. As i said this is our 6th Subaru and i have no doubt our service with them will be just as inspiring and our business relationship with both Paul the most amazing car salesperson EVER and Grand Prix will continue for years. Thanks to all who got us exactly what we wanted and WHEN we wanted, how often does that happen? feeling very fortunate and very appreciated by this company and its employees. More

They let me test drive 3 cars before we came to a conclusion on which vehicle to purchase which was a 2012 S Met with Bryan Amonte & Anthony Salamone. Great experience buying a Subaru Forester I researched small SUVs and decided on the Subaru Forester. Grand Prix contacted me less than 30 seconds after I filled out a TrueCar form, which was impressive, and they were nice and efficient on the phone (other dealers took a day to contact me). When I visited Grand Prix, everyone was friendly and open. No sloppiness, no attitude, no pushiness. I worked with Bryan Amante, who answered my questions, gave me a good price, and managed to get the exact car I wanted on short notice (a couple of days), and when I changed my mind about the color on the day I was supposed to pick it up, he barely blinked and managed to get me what I wanted at the same price -- on the same day. He maintained a professional calm and friendliness thru the whole process. He let me know what to expect, and financing the car and picking it up was easy. I was interested in a Crosstrek, and through the process I must have changed my mind about the style, color, package… numerous times and each time, Jamie was there to help me through the buying decision. Throughout the process, Jamie was concerned about making sure I was getting exactly what I want, no pressure, no gimmicks. When it came down to the financing department (the most dreaded part of the process) Jenna was there to walk you through everything – she immediately gained trust and explained everything so it was easy to understand and worked to help me get the best rate.
